"Obstacle" - 5" x 7" - oil
Now you're probably looking at this painting and wondering...where the heck is Steven. Yes, I'm still in Columbus. I'll be moving here for good later on this summer. It's not easy to make such a move after living in one place for most of your life but I'm making the leap. I'm nervous beyond belief but I'm told that I'll be just fine.
For me this painting symbolizes the enormous mountain of life that I have to climb in order to make the adjustment (both personally and professionally) from the South to the Midwest.
