Red Rover - 12" x 24" - oil
Just two days ago I installed a new mailbox onto the house. It was just in time as one of my first pieces of mail came from Kimberly, Wisconsin (of all places). Thankfully it was not a bill but an acceptance letter for "Red Rover" into the Richeson 75 landscape competition and exhibition. Richeson 75 puts out a wonderful catalog and show of all of the accepted works. I'm always pumped when I get a piece into a juried show. . . but wait. . . the last page of the acceptance letter informed me that two more of my paintings would also be included in the show catalog. It's official . . . my mailman is Santa!
