Yesterday was somewhat productive. I was able to complete two projects that I had on my todo list. The image above on the left was a small painting done for a local women's non-profit organization. They wanted cards with decorative borders resembling an impressionist painting. It was a favor for Jennifer and B.J. of the Glave Kocen Gallery. They've played a big part in my gallery work as well as being good friends.
This past January we took a trip to Miami to see our good friends the DeVita's. While there we were given the tour of the city and happened to go to Jimbo's (a squatters palace at Virginia Key, FL). This painting was of a run down beetle that we saw while at the famous Jimbo's. Thank you Tom and Lynda
